All the EMT's who aided our buses (after bus 11 crashed in SE Utah 1-6-08) came to help build a memorial to the Lost and Injured on the crash site on Memorial Day, May 26, 2008. Tears were shed, stories told, memories relived, and hopes and wishes born.

What a humbling experience. The memorial looks like it was beautifully and very tastefully done.
God Bless those EMT's. When my sister-in-law was in a life threatening car accident (6.5 years ago), there was an off duty EMT right behind her, he stabalized her and stayed with her until the paramedics arrived on the scene. Who knows if she would still be here if he had not come to her aid. They truly are special people, given a special calling in life.
